Athens

Europe’s most southern Capital City, a growing metropolis of over 4 million residents (roughly 1/3 of the country’s population). You will find Athens included in Europe’s Top 10 Tourist Destinations list and the city neighbors the Port of Piraeus, the largest port in Greece (and one of the largest ports in Europe), with passenger traffic of close to 18 million people.

Athens remains to be one of today’s last affordable capital cities in Europe. Real estate market prices are still relatively low and show a great opportunity for growth.

Real Estate Investment Tourism is beginning to increase in this vibrant city, making it a rising, attractive and profitable market at the current time. Development of the residential areas and the center of town are considered as high priority by the Municipality.
